friday breakfast

after coming home from a walk in the frozen park I made myself a warm nutritious breakfast of porridge with cinnamon and sultanas topped with caramelized apple slices and roasted walnuts ... have a great, luminous day! : ) .p
sorry for my absence ... busy, busy but nearly there! :)

depois de vir de uma caminhada no parque gelado fiz um pequeno almoço nutritivo de papas de aveia com passas e canela, maçã caramelizada e  nozes torradas ... tenham um dia luminoso :) .p

desculpem a ausência ... muito ocupada mas estou quase lá! :)
