New in the shop. A large table vase like a real tree branch section with all the texture of a real branch but in porcelain. Glazed inside unglazed outside. Can hold water ... perfect for a beautiful fresh flowers bouquet

SHELLS

Spent sometime picking shells along the sandy beach a couple of weeks ago. I love the colours and all the stripy ones and they smell of Summer days*

Update: Meanwhile lovely Joana sent me the last image with the shells names ... isn't this the most wonderful thing?

GYMNASTICS :)

Terrible quality images as they were taken with my cheap mobile but you get the picture! :) 

She stayed like this without moving for well over half an hour and it made me laugh today while having lunch outside ... enjoy! *

CHERRY SURPRISE

A cherry tree found by the side of the road on the way to the river sheltered by a quince tree. A very unlikely place for it to be. A beautiful discovery

BEAUTIFUL AFTERNOON

Early Summer sensed in the late afternoon

The dry patches, the tall grasses 

The scents reminiscent of apothecary rooms ... dusty herbal scents 

In my hands collecting 

The crows in dark arguing in the air taking me back many years 

Movement in the landscape undulating in the invisible breeze 

Hay collected scattered in blocks along gold yellow fields 

Using the longer hours to the most now while they last 

Smiling . breathing . like a child

PURPLE EVERYWHERE

Finally the jacarandas in full bloom ... pretty late this year
