LUNCH
Lunch today ... mashed aubergine (Nigel Slater A Cook's Book page 91), pan fried broccoli (steamed and pan fried in a splash of olive oil and a thinly sliced garlic clove), a blob of homemade tahini (blend some lightly dry roasted white sesame seeds with a bit of neutral oil until smooth, add a touch of sea sal, place in a cleaned jar and keep in the fridge), fried egg and a pinch of homemade za'atar
