today's breakfast ...

delicious and super easy carrot and walnut bread with orange marmalade. the recipe for the bread comes from here

notes on the recipe:
· toasted walnuts · I toasted them while the oven was heating and chopped them
· low-fat Greek yogurt · I used plain, natural home made yogurt and it is just fine
· heat oven to 230C/fan 210C/gas 8 · make sure the temperature of your oven is correct because it seems to me, it is fundamental in this recipe
· sticky dough · it is very sticky!
· tip onto a floured surface and form a flat ball · I didn't! I just turned the mixture (because it was so sticky) onto the baking sheet which I had previously covered with baking parchment paper and slightly formed a round shape ... and didn't slash the top
· I also added a handful of sultanas and next time I will add a very large handful of chocolate chips :b
enjoy a perfect sunday! love .p
