SUMMER MORNING

We had a long weekend over here with temperatures reaching an unbearable over 40ºC yesterday but this morning it is much more comfortable and a wonderful breeze is in the air ... enjoy a beautiful day! :)

O fim de semana foi longo e quente com temperaturas a chegarem acima dos 40ºC aqui mas hoje de manhã está muito mais fresco e uma brisa fresca paira no ar ... tenham um lindo dia! :)

BREAKFAST

In Summer breakfast usually consists of a fruit shakes. Today made with fresh peaches and strawberries, oat "milk" and wheat germ (also had some toast not shown) ... enjoy! :)

No Verão os pequenos almoços consistem normalmente em batidos de fruta. Hoje feito com pêssegos e morangos frescos, "leite" de aveia e germen de trigo (também uma torrada que não está na foto) ... divirtam-se! :)

Over here there are a few pretty weathervanes handmade from old cans and metal pieces, for me and for some unknown reason, they will always remain a symbol of Summer
