october is here . this morning I collected quince from the trees lining dust roads . they haven't been cared for . just left to grow as they wish . to their beautiful blemishes . their autumn fragrance greet me as I walk into the house now . it is time for marmelada (quince paste) making . soon, very soon . have a beautiful simple october *
