YESTERDAY LATE AFTERNOON
The luminous sky left in between the scattered rain
In late afternoon yesterday turning the corner of the day
By the river the wild roses sitting on a bench by the dusty road
Some climbing the Prunus cerasus growing just next to them
"Definitely this is a pink Spring!" I hear myself saying
And then the rainbow. A full one in the distance
Up there the soft breeze a little chilly and the beauty to end a very long day
