MINT TEA



here is my simple recipe for the occasional stomach cramps: 
a handful of freshly picked mint leaves (the ideal is to always have a pot with it at home or some growing in the garden) + freshly boiled water + a couple of teaspoons of raw sugar + let it steep for 2-3 minutes and drink it while still quite hot ... it does wonders for me in just a few minutes!


a minha receita simples para aqueles espasmos ocasionais no estômago: 
uma mão cheia de folhas de hotelã acabadas de apanhar (o ideal é ter sempre um vaso com hortelã plantada em casa ou no jardim ) + água acabada de ferver + 2 colheres de chá de açúcar integral + deixar repousar uns 2-3 minutos e beber ainda bastante quente ... faz maravilhas por mim em apenas alguns minutos!
