 incidentally, recently I sold a couple of the sambucus stones to a lovely lady in Germany and look the beautiful illustration she made of it. isn't it great? :) ... she draws beautifully as you can see here. thank you Natalie, I love it!

já agora, há uns dias vendi umas sambucus stones a uma simpática jovem que fez esta belíssima ilustração a partir de uma delas. não é fantástico? :) ... ela desenha lindamente como podem ver aqui... adoro!

summer evening

. yesterday . the end of the day . a wind blew strong bringing the chill in the air with the night . there were crows and other birds struggling . restless against the quiet blue vivid sky .  high grasses in disarray . it felt good the shelter away from the turbulence . but up there there was silence .

the last

. finished the last of the sambucus stones for 2012 .  after polishing + wash . waiting to dry .

Spent sometime picking shells along the sandy beach a couple of weeks ago. I love the colours and all the stripy ones and they smell of Summer days*
